I am passionate about helping people learn and grow. I always eager to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field of training and psychological assessment. As a Training Facilitator, I have successfully facilitated multiple sessions on topics such as leadership, communication, teamwork and etc. As a Module Development I design engaging and effective training programs for various clients. I apply my knowledge of psychology, learning theories, and instructional design to create customized and interactive modules that enhance the participants' skill and knowledge. I have also worked as an Associate Psychological Tester, conducting psychological assessment and evaluation for individuals.I collaborate with psychologist, professional coach and trainer. Through these roles, I have developed strong competencies in employee training. I have excellent time management, teamwork, public speaking, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to pursue a dynamic and rewarding career that will allow me to contribute to the organization's productivity and profitability.
