Leads all activities related to website, e-mail, SEO, PPC, Social Media and Customer Care Center to promote and sell products and services, generate leads, build brand awareness and provide Customer support for Life Sciences products and services. • Develop and execute strategies to increase the volume and value of traffic to the STERIS Life Sciences website and Customer Care Center (on-line store). This includes development and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) objectives, management of a segmented Life Sciences database of email addresses and opt-in subscribers, and providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams for Life Science’s web site/page development and enhancement, with the goal of increasing site visits and improving the use experience. • Track metrics and measurements of web statistics, downloads, sales leads, product inquiries, transactions and revenue. Observe and analyze trends and work to optimize site, search, advertising, user experience, and campaigns. • Manage pay-per-click (PPC), banner and other on-line advertising campaigns and creates strategies to increase response rates, click-throughs and other objectives to maximize ROI from ad dollars. • Develop, execute and manage e-mail campaigns to support product line and program initiatives. Manage the creation, testing, scheduling and analysis of campaigns and initiates strategies for improvement. • Act as project manager by directing project resources and maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders and developers throughout lifecycle to ensure final product meets requirements and expected outcomes.
