I got promoted recently to become the Lead Embryologist at my current place of work where I have in the past 7years built my knowledge, experience and expertise of human reproductive processes and various embryo fertilisation techniques ranging from egg collection, semen analysis and preparation to embryo evaluation, culture and transfer, Intra cytoplasmic sperm i.jevtion, Vitrificstion, Embryo biopsy etc.To further develop myself, I have completed a Master's degree in Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction and Embryology at the University of Valencia and I also took a leadership course at the University of Washington.I'm well known for my excellent communication skills and my ability to plan, organise, coordinate people and things (projects and events).
