By consistently improving network operations, I implemented TDM to IP based projects andworked directly with Sales and Rollout Departments to resolve landlord issues to deliver timelycorrective, preventive and planned maintenance. With responsibility for construction projects, Imanaged completion and acceptance of residential and commercial construction of base stationsin Lagos and Kogi state, consistently reporting on performance and operational metrics andcommunicating key information to Regional Technical Heads.
