As a project manager for sales and marketing of SevenQ corporate tower, my primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all sales and marketing activities related to the SevenQ Corporate Tower. This includes developing and executing marketing plans, coordinating with sales team, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.To successfully manage this project, I will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and project management skills. I will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.

The Company also has a management stake in the infant milk formula business under the name of NutriCo Morinaga (Private) Limited.I was the Procurement Manager in the Chemicals & Agri Sciences division.Purpose: To ensure that all processes within Procurement, related to planning, procurement of raw materials, and packaging deliver without compromising Company ethics, Product stewardship, Quality, and budgetary requirements.* Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: To ensure that cost reduction and process improvement are continuously being done within procurement with services and raw materials being purchased cheaper from new suppliers without jeopardizing quality. * Ensure that the quality of raw and packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products, is in accordance with company standards and the specifications are through approved reliable sources.* Vendor Management: To manage the relationships between key principals, foreign and local vendors, and IT systems.* Negotiate and approve new and commercially viable suppliers for raw and packaging materials to ensure the quality, quantity, and on-time delivery of materials at the most competitive rates.Some key responsibilities:- Liaising with internal and external departments.- Forecasting price trends and their impact on the business.- Monitoring and managing supplier performance.- Placing orders and monitoring delivery dates.- Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer.- Forecasting the future levels of demand for products.- Attending meetings and trade conferences as required.- Implementing effective cost-saving plans.- Developing supplier consolidation plans.
