• Reconciliation of ledger accounts related to AED, USD and multicurrency settlements. • Checking and Ensure timely settlements to all VISA/MasterCard/Diners card scheme for point of sale machine and E-commerce merchants including Multi currency.• Relationship management with existing and new merchants.• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and identify/initiate process improvements.• Ensuring that all calls/inquiries received by the team are closed within the specified time frame.• Supervise the department and line-manage staff of 10 members. • Manual Processing of Refunds and sale transactions• Processing settlements to all VISA/MasterCard/Diners card scheme for point of sale machine and E-commerce merchants including multi currency settlement.• Resolving issues of internal/external customers related to credit card transactions/reconciliations which require thorough knowledge of the transaction processing procedures and practices.• Analyzing current processes to eliminate existent loop-holes to improve business productivity through continuous monitoring and customer feedback.• Work closely with the Risk and Frauds and Chargeback Unit to take action against illegal transactions.
