As a researcher, my role is multifaceted and requires a diverse range of skills and expertise. In order to conduct successful research, I must first design a study that is both rigorous and feasible, taking into account the latest developments in the field. This involves conducting a comprehensive literature review to ensure that my study builds upon existing knowledge. I am also responsible for evaluating and managing data, ensuring that data quality is maintained throughout the research process. To do so, I prepare tools and supervise data collectors, recruit and interview subjects, and maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects as necessary. I then summarize interviews, attend area seminars and other meetings as necessary, and summarize project results and presentations. Finally, I am responsible for manuscript preparation and submission, ensuring that my research is presented in a clear and concise manner to the wider scientific community.

The highest leadership position at RUSC was the most challenging for me, I had 5 years of work experience in this organization and a team of over 200 volunteers. A successful year for the club with fundraising of over BDT 20 lakhs (the club's highest in nine years and almost double last year's) and several mega events and 2 publications in one year's achievement. As the head of the Promotion, I get thrilling opportunity to supervise a group. Because RUSC's primary mission is to promote science, the organization has planned lots of events where promotion is a vital feature. Teams that I sent to other schools and colleges were provided training in communication, public speaking, and promotion.
