1. Created incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE.2. Conducted daily tool box meetings and reviewed job hazard analysis.3. Audited operational personnel for PPE, safe work practices and behaviors.4. Work closely with operations to identify risks and develop / implement a control methodology for these risks.5. Coordinate and provide safety training for all support staff in the areas of Safety, Fire Prevention, and Loss Control.6. Establish organization-wide standards and best practices including policies, procedures, and workflows for safety.7. Provides recommendations and input for revising safety procedures, work processes, and other quality improvement measures.8. Support and implement strategies to establish and improve safety compliance.9. Provide guidance to the Construction team as well as Contractors Management teams in overall site Health and Safety Management.10. Manage safe work procedure creation and revisions during planning and execution of work with the site contractors, Project team and operations group.11. Execute Work Permitting process and acts as the Safety Resource for authorization of Hot Work Permits for Site EHS and other Site related jobs. 12. Preparing HIRA, JSA, Checklist and Safety documents for CIVIL, PEB and MEP WORKS
