Elaborate the budget and ensures its follow-up and respect.

Supervision of logistic and production control Team Prepare and report critical finished good /raw material items with root cause and action plan.Review and approve premium transport Implementation of Lean scheduling OSEnsure customer logistics agreement implementation identify gaps.Budget elaboration (people ,transport ,empties, container …)

Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations. In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget.Working with multiple customers at the same time Visiting key clients to build relationships and identify their key needs.Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner.Conducting loss investigations into missing stock and loads.Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by law.
