With over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting, I am a seasoned professional who has led and supported various strategic initiatives in the real estate and hospitality sectors. I have extensive knowledge and skills in IFRSs, ESG integration, financial planning and analysis, business budgeting and forecasting, corporate finance, M&A, IPOs, and investor relations.As the Group Financial Controller, I was responsible for overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities of the group, preparing the standalone and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15 and 16, and filing VAT and withholding tax returns. I also contributed to the successful IPO of the company on the Saudi Stock Exchange in 2023, and supported the integration of ESG factors into the financial analysis and reporting process.
