Offering support to women to work towards better health and wellbeing by learning to follow their intuition again, ie eating more intuitively, moving intuitively, self-care, self-acceptance, and using mindfulness as part of every day life to bring all those elements together.

I worked as part of the SureStart centre, helping local families with young children to access the resources, groups and support we could offer, as well as signposting them to external organisations. This included facilitating parenting and health/wellbeing groups, being a breastfeeding peer supporter and being a point of contact for those less able to access the centre. My aim was always to encourage and empower families to access the support on offer, in whatever way we jointly felt would benefit them.
