1.Get the brief of the job from Client or Client Service Manager.2.Share about the vacancy and get the right candidates for the job.3.Brief the candidates of their dutiea and assign them to their different working stations.4.Meet with the Managers of the different work stations so as to make sure that we are bpth on the same page about upcoming project.5.Made sure all that all the Merchandize are ready and distributed accordingly to all the work stations.6.Do a routine check up on all the team members and made sure they were all in their discussed uniforms , made sure they are well versed with the product knowledge and their pitching was on point..7.Receive all days field reports , analyze and make a report as well as send it to the Project Manager.8.Receive all the payments for the team , paid them and recorded for Accounting purposes.9.Collect all the Materilas that were to be collected after the project.10.Do a presentation of the whole project to the Client.
