1. Acting as Plant Manager and overseeing all departments such as Production, QA, QC, RND, Sanitation and Maintenance.2. Overseeing the quality of the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Research and Development work and documentations (HACCP, KOSHER, ISO, GMP, SSOP and HEALTH AND SAFETY), developing, implementing and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes. 3. Plans department objectives and achieves target by managing a teach which consists of Production Supervisor, Packing Supervisor, Mixing Supervisor and QA/QC/RND Officer.4. Conduct of Suppliers Quality Management Systems audits and Supplier Accreditation (Audits)5. Training of newly appointed QA, QC and RND staff regarding Food Safety Policies (FSMS), HACCP, SOPs, SSOPs, Work Instructions, Product Specifications and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Monitoring. 6. Conducts Pre-deployment and Refresher Training of newly hired and existing employees regarding Food Safety, SSOPs, Allergen Awareness and Kosher Awareness 7. Food Safety Team Leader and HACCP Deputy Team Leader. Updates HACCP Manual (Process Flow, Process Steps Hazard Analysis and HACCP Plan) and discuss significant updates to be implemented during Food Safety and HACCP Meeting. 8. Internal Quality Audit Team Leader. Responsible for the preparation of yearly Audit Program, take the lead of all Internal Quality and Food Safety Audits and responsible in any possible audit disputes. 9. Conduct System and Process Verification, and Validation Studies of Control Measures 10. Communicate and investigate Product/Customer Complaints to concerned departments. Assist and Checks Corrections and Corrective Action Report prior finalization. 11. Assisting Auditors during Third Party and/or Customer Plant Audits12. Direct report to General Manager on the performance of the FSMS and any need for improvement
