I was working as a Lead Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers Dubai (PwC Dubai), one of the largest auditing firm in the United Arab Emirates and a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers Global. I was working as a Senior Associate in Isla Lipana & Co., one of the largest auditing firm in the Philippines and a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers Global. My employment in Isla Lipana & Co. gave me enough exposures and experiences to audit of financial statements, preparation of income tax returns, income tax computations, finalizing audited financial statements in accordance with IFRS and preparation of internal control memorandum. Majority of my audit clients belong to manufacturing, retail and trading and construction and engineering works companies. I had two special assignments in other departments within the audit firm which includes an internal audit engagement and risk management for the achievement of continuous quality audit standards. I have handled a US SEC registered subsidiary client with US GAAP reporting environment.
