I believe success in organizations depends on the quality of the connections between the people. And leaders have to facilitate a culture of equal parts trust and challenge to enable these connections. We do not need trust to be open! We need to be open to build trust. I design and execute transformational (personal) leadership programs for smaller and larger organizations. Growth happens within the relationship. Either between the members of a team, between a participant and a trainer or between a coach and a coachee. Everything I do is highly personal, analytical, observant and "in the moment". When groups come together, either in coaching or in training, behavioral patterns will show themselves. There is no hiding in a group. By creating a safe environment, participants experiment with vulnerable and daring behavior. True trust leads to great conflicts.
