As a Badge Nation Digital Badging Assistant, I work predominantly work in Customer Support and Quality Assurance, to ensure customers get all the technical support and information they need. I provide support for Badge Nation customers throughout their journey from badge writing to badge publishing and visual design.That being said, I also help the Badge Nation team with video and written content creation; I'm part of a passionate team and I have a love for Digital Badges, I'm also happy to get stuck in and help where I can!
