Progressing from serving staff to supervisor I continued to enhance my communication, time management and teamwork skills. As supervisor I undertook a wide range of responsibilities such as leading a large team, resolving issues with customers or conflicts between different team members. I was responsible of cashing up and helping with day to day book keeping and the occasional kitchen work to help support when staff members are away.

Starting my first job as a waitress I quickly moved on to learn the other skills such as the taking orders, payments and group bookings, at 18 I immediately began training on the bar to add to my skillset. And was working shifts on my own by the time I left this place of employment. From this job I have become a more outgoing person and improved my communication skills.
