Tutoring students in Engineering Physics and other physics courses by helping them understand concepts, giving them examples for their homework, and clarifying any areas of uncertainty.

Tutoring students in three different American Sign Language courses by helping them understand the different signs, helping them with homework, helping them with projects and having conversations with them in ASL.

Cognitive Aspects of Music and Language Laboratory Involved in two research studies examining prosody, or how an individual speaks, in both adults and children. Adults were asked to listen to a rhythmic sequence, with or without a change, and then were asked to describe a picture. Their reaction time to the change in sequence and the time it took per syllable to describe the picture were recorded. The children study is a proposed study for next year. Responsibilities: Administration of studies, conducting literature reviews, data analysis, coding interrater reliability, and creation and maintenance of data files. Approximately 192 hours

Tutoring students in a range of Algebra, Calculus and Statistic courses. Help them with their homework, help them with studying and promote better studying habits.
