I graduated from The University of Bridgeport in May 2021 with my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise & Fitness and a minor in PsychologyI have been working as a personal trainer since 2021 in The Fairfield County area of CT working with all different ages. My main focus as a trainer in creating health and wellness programs for all of my clients through different online programs while also providing personal training sessions for my clients to fully succeed and progress in the different aspects of their lifestyle.
