Contact and inform customers of their overdue bills, advise customers on payment options, suggest methods of payments, maintain payment records. Responding to customer queries, prepare financial statements, write final notice warnings, contact lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, feeding, and therapeutic baths, take patients to doctors' appointments, and to run errands. Prepare meals, obtain and record vital signs, administer prescribed medication, document patient progress and condition by completing forms and reports.
