As a ticket office associate, I utilize ballpark technology to elevate guest experiences and satisfaction, resulting in the Chicago Cubs being #1 in customer service across all MLB organizations in 2023. I communicate and collaborate across multiple channels to provide timely updates to customers and work on game days and special events, selling tickets and troubleshooting ticket issues as they come up.

As the marketing manager, I created and managed the company's social media and website content. I coordinated and designed ads for all charitable functions and organizations that the company supports.
