1. Liaising and maintaining an excellent rappour with customers, brokers, valuers, Quantity Surveyor and our solicitor's to ensure that all requirements are met.2. 1. Speaking to borrowers to find out the reason for the unpaid direct debits and outstanding arrears2. Investigating borrowers current situation, if issues with the accounts, arrange a payment plans to clear the arrears suitable to Aldermore and the borrower3. Research comparison marketing information when possibility of repossession 4. Liaise with third parties including Law of Property Act Receivers, Estate Agents, Valuers, and Administrators etc.5. Applying and taking card payments to the system 6. Produce weekly/monthly arrears report7. Scan documents to the system
