The Admin Assistant role serves a core function of the Office of Air Quality, Compliance Data Section. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including email correspondence. Provide information requested internally or by the public in a timely manner. Ensure the section has an abundance of optimal equipment and supplies. Maintain accurate information by adding or changing data in the proprietary database(s).

Executed daily tasks that were physical in nature, consisting of lifting heavy cases in extreme climates. Proficient in working in a fast paced environment with high productivity expectations. Experienced in the use of power equipment such as forklift, clamp, and power pallet truck.
