- Managing approximately 18-20 sellers for the first 3 months, with certain GMV targets and other metrics for each seller, to make them grow to KA level, before being allocated to the Commercial Team.- Settling the fundamentals for the newly made stores. Ensure sellers adopt all promotion tools such as Free Shipping, Cashback, Ads, etc. Also making a Business Plan in Lazada for the next 6 months for each seller.- Educate the sellers about Lazada Seller Center, starting from setting the operational hours until how to process orders. Encourage sellers to join regular and monthly campaigns to help the sellers achieve the GMV target and Traffic.- Maintaining good relations with all managed sellers to make it easier to communicate.- Analyse and observe changes that occur during the incubation period. From GMV and Traffic wise, making sure there’s no drop or at least stable. If there’s a drop on the trendline, make strategy and plan to get back on track on the sales.
