-Responsible for treating and evaluating a full caseload of 6 patients per day across 7 intensive care uints. -Perform initial evaluations, goal re-evaluations, and treatment sessions for patients in the transplant, surgical, neurological, medical, and 3 cardiac intensive care units. - Developed competency in complex line management (IV, A-lines, JP/hemovac drains, chest tubes, EVD, LVAD/RDVAD, BiVAD Centrimag, Swan-Ganz, ventilator, tracheostomy, foley, etc.), bedside ADL and cognitive evaluations, and development and implementation of interventions plans.- Participate in comprehensive chart review, interdisciplinary rounds, co-treatment with physical therapy, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. -Cover acute care floors and step-down units in orthopedics, oncology, medicine, cardiac, transplant and neurology, when needed.
