- Completes operational balancing and reconciliations and identification of breaks for different financial products. Investigation of breaks and source them to correct resolver groups.- Feed and data validation, matching of breaks, monitoring of aged breaks queue and drive closure.- Handles projects, migrations and process improvements which includes but not limited to testing, coordination, creation of Desk Instruction Manual, and addressing audit points- Responsible for supervising team’s daily deliverable, ensuring accurate and timely control and service delivery of reconcilation reports for different financial products;- Manages people which includes but not limited to performance management, talent development and coaching;- Ensures that accurate and relevant MI's and reports are submitted to the business and/or management.

- Responsible for daily completion of stocks reconciliation with timely escalation of breaks and strict adherence to PLA;- Handles all inquiries and updates from business partners thru email and phone calls;- Handles and produces External disclosures and Fund manager and beneficiary owner request from clients.

- Process and reconcile financial transactions and adjustments accurately. Research and resolution of financial discrepancies within department standards for assigned accounts ona daily/monthly basis as required to ensure accurate reporting of all monies.

- Process new account application, and updates info at the fund companies. Perform Quality Control on documents, log essential documents as being received on the client's accounts.Ensure that the application is in good order, rejecting incomplete documentation to the representative with an explanation if necessary.
