I have worked in customer service and hospitality for since I was 10 years old. I started off in my parent's bakery, Retro Bakery, and grew up to love the hospitality industry. While working at Vans and The Disney Store, I assisted over 500 guests in finding items they needed and helped them at the register on their way out. Working these positions taught me about how important it is to treat guests as you would want to be treated, and to always have a smile on your face. After these positions I wanted to expand my horizons, so I took on a position at Phil's Bookkeeping and Tax Services, my grandmother's firm. Performing taxes was a completely new concept to me, but after filling out about the 50th form, I realized that it's something I love to do, and now want to apply it to my future career as a general manager.Specialties: Cash register, guest service, food service, and sales. I am fluent in English and semi-fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
