I am currently a Distributions Liaison with Benefit Solutions, Etc, a Third Party Administrator firm that manages 401(k) plans for their clients. I have diverse skill sets stemming from roles and education in executive administration, event coordination, teaching higher education, community engagement, family development, the field of culinary & food service, and much more.I was previously a Behavior Therapist with Adapt Behavioral Services in Maitland, FL, and before that a Behavior and Family Support Clinician for Compass Counseling Services of Virginia where I provided In-Home Services to youth with autism. I worked for Compass from January 2018 to May 2019, and this position involved providing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children with autism, family training and support, and coordination with all other care providers involved with the families. I have a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling: Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. I have a variety of work experience in addition to Adapt, Compass, and my education including working at Timberlake United Methodist Church as an infant and toddler teacher, instructing undergraduate college students in a communications course at Liberty University, working as an intern for Hope for Freedom—an anti-human trafficking initiative—to develop a life skills curriculum, serving on Liberty University Student Leadership as a mentor to other students on a residence hall, working as a 4-H intern which allowed me to work with youth in various circumstances, and also working for one summer at Word of Life Ranch & Ranger Camp for children. I have also had previous volunteer experience working with nursery and children’s church ministries, coordinating and volunteering for Vacation Bible School programs, working with community and youth programs, providing basic child care for families, and serving as an overnight counselor for elementary age youth.
