I maintained the highest standard of customer service when assisting guests. I processed electronic payments and cash transactions. I assisted with managing the cleanliness of the store through various duties, such as cleaning, facing, and stocking. I preformed administrative tasks, such as assisting the management team with banking errands and store audits. I assisted the grocery team with merchandising, which included checking in orders, setting up displays, making price and sales tags, changing price tags, drafting correspondence, assuring quality of various products, and organizing the store's back-stock.

My job is to assist other students in making informed decisions about the study abroad opportunities offered by the Global Education Office (GEO). I answer general questions about various study abroad programs, scholarships, and financial aid. I also engage in classroom visits to inform students all over campus about the study abroad programs offered.

My position was Facility Supervisor of The Catalina Grill at Water Country USA. My duties included: coordinating daily activities of the location, such as job assignments and break schedules for between 15 to 20 team members; opening and closing the location; training the newest team members; maintaining safety standards for team members and guests; assisting to resolve guest concerns at the location; and setting an example of World Class Service for guests and team members. I performed various activities as needed, such as preparing food, cooking food, serving guests, auditing and cashiering.

The internship was a full-time position, working 40 hours a week. My job duties included: data entry, organizing files, various organizational office tasks, and completing a specialized project that involving photographing and categorizing camera parts and inserting the information into a Microsoft Excel sheet. I worked with both the import and export side of the International Trade Department.
