I am an initiative-taking self-starter, and experienced early years practitioner with over sixteen years of working in schools. I graduated in 2006 from Bradford College where I successfully completed a degree in Primary Education with Science Specialism and QTS. Throughout my career I have worked with children and their families in a range of settings. For fourteen years I had a permanent teaching post at North Featherstone Junior and Infants school. During my time at NFJ&I I have worked with children from Early Years to Year 6. I have had three years' experience leading in Early Years Foundation Stage, Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and computing lead.I am currently undertaking a supply role with Protocol Education to allow me to pursue opportunities to volunteer for Wakefield Council within their Youth Services.
