I work with BeeSeen Solutions as a marketing consultant, and I am dedicated to helping Veterans and Active Duty Military pursue entrepreneurship with tailor-made marketing that amplifies growth. As a Naval Officer and Aviator with 8+ years active duty flying MH-60S and C-12. I am the Command Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO) Air Operations Officer. I manage the training and career progression of 5 pilots and 6 aircrewmen and an annual budget of over $500,000. I schedule 1,150 annual flight hours for two BE-200 King Airs and remain agile to accept short-fuse mission tasking in support of 7th Fleet Logistic Operations. I recently operated as the liaison officer for Commander Fleet Activities Okinawa and coordinate resources on behalf of deployed Naval air assets. I have filled a gapped billet as the Administration Department Head, where I cultivated my longstanding interest in human resource development. I have experience as an operations specialist, where I integrated the efforts of multiple departments to execute daily flight schedules for a 250-person deployable squadron. Before that, I lead 25 junior personnel and managed two large-scale maintenance programs. I have a passion for fostering animals and have experience retraining anxious or aggressive behavior so that pets can be happily united with their forever families. I am conversational in Chinese after 4 years of college courses and 9 months abroad. I am currently taking lessons in Japanese, while stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I have spent every spare moment traveling abroad. On these trips, I actively seek out opportunities to learn the customs and cultures of the communities that host me. I want to experience nature in a way that respects land and the people who call it home.
