Group of 3 Executive Committee members that ensure that members uphold and protect the integrity of the chapter. This position entailed holding members accountable for their actions and helped them understand the impact of their decisions through weekly meetings with chapter members.

A position on the Executive Committee of Phi Mu that controls a $67,000 budget. I focused on the safety and wellbeing of the 250+ chapter members by identifying, evaluating and assessing situations of potential liability and risk. The position entailed developing and conducting educational presentations for chapter members and working closely with event planning chairwomen who worked under this position. Through this position, I created personal relationships with both chapter women and UF faculty members.

I designed social media advertisements using Constant Contact, Canva, Ripl, and iMovie to attract potential buyers and customers, and also used applications such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to promote listings and generate new clients. I educated and taught agents marketing programs such as Canva and iMovie, and they subsequently adopted these tools into their social media advertising. This internship also entailed assisting in open houses through purchasing and preparing supplies and marketing material.

I worked with the sales team in Jacksonville locations, including researching marketing materials and updating out-of-date customer databases and their website. I also assisted in creating marketing materials through Constant Contact and Canva to use for both print and online promotions.
