I provided support and made myself extremely accessible to 200 students across the four sections of Operations and Information Management to ensure each student felt confident about the material. I graded and provided feedback on the students’ discussion posts, group project simulation write-ups, as well as the final exams for all the students.

I contributed to approximately 20 research papers regarding operations and information management working about 10 hours a week.

I devoted my time and built a meaningful relationship with just one student while helping her with business financial management. I provided in-depth explanations of financial concepts as we worked through five problem sets, five projects, and prepared for three exams.

I returned to Amazon Robotics as an information technology intern for the Business Applications Solution Engineering Team. During my time at AR, I focused on mitigating security vulnerabilities caused by the on premise version of the third-party application Ship Console. I curated a list of use cases and business users and discovered alternative solutions to Ship Console. After running an in-depth cost benefit analysis, I provided a final recommendation that Ship Console should be upgraded to the SaaS version. Additionally, I implemented a dashboard tool that automatically refreshed the ticketing data for production support and was able to work on a few enhancements as well.

It was a very exciting time to be a part of the IT group as Amazon Robotics implemented Robotic Process Automation. I helped acquire the automation software license and achieved mastery in the software training. During my time, I generated multiple use cases and built automations to eliminate tedious manual processes and increase efficiency within the robotics org.

I organized drills and lead tennis clinics for both children and adults. Upon request, I gave private lessons and ran interclub tournaments. As I gained more experience, I was given more responsibility to run the pro shop and take care of billing and advertising for all tennis clinics.

During my time at Frontenac Racquet Club, I lead tennis clinics for children and organized numerous USTA and Gateway tournaments.

As a caterer for Tony Marino's, I not only prepared and served food, but also helped with the logistics of the business operations to ensure the large events ran smoothly.
