In charge of facilitating the diversity, equity, and inclusion training for all senior, logistics, crisis, and media staff, handling any in-conference disputes between nearly 500 delegates, outlining conference expectations and agreements in relation to DEI, connecting the conference with a representative philanthropic partner, and raising funds for said partner in order to spread awareness about literacy gaps within the Boston landscape

Supervised educational programs on public speaking and international relations for over 60 students, aged 11 through 17; advised on best practices for pedagogy for three different curricular tracks across eight distinct program sites; mentored students individually on how to develop skills of debate, research, negotiation, conflict resolution, and empathy.
