I began my journey in the world of Accounting as an Administrative Assistant for Burgher Haggard LLC. That job opened the door for me to take a position as an Accounts Payable Specialist and from that moment on my love for Accounting only grew deeper. It led me to UTA where I am now pursuing my BBA in Accounting. My determination and hard work have brought me to where I am today, climbing the corporate ladder and unlocking career paths I once only dreamed of. I will be the first woman in my family to have a four-year college degree and that makes me even more determined to leave no stone unturned.The most rewarding part of my career is operations management and innovating new ways to make workflows more efficient. I have led paperless process conversions, rolled out efficient invoice processing strategies, and implemented new technological and reporting capabilities company wide. Helping accounting organizations achieve their fullest potential is my greatest challenge and joy.
