• Manage order contracts in our Microsoft Access system by creating purchase order. Responsible for editing POs based on vendor shifts, top up units, and chase units, cancellations, and overages. Provide recommendations when vendors ask for delivery shifts or overage absorption. Create and maintain visual assortment document with up to date information. • Hindsight the business weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Pull together big ideas of key wins or findings and present to my cross functional team. Business hindsight performed every Monday reporting on last week’s business, Thursday projecting next week’s business. Presenting Monthly recap to the company, and quarterly presenting to design partners for seasonal kick off meetings. • Report out previous week business recap to the company every Monday, understanding sales on an Omni channel level and analyzing sales dollars/units (TY to LY). Project week/month sales based off of plan and where the business is actualizing. Maintain margin and AUR by discussing call dates on promotions for business driving programs. • Research customer comments on product both in store and online; reach out to customer service in response to customer requests online. Competitive shop both in store & online to learn pricing/promotion strategy, key messages, trend white space, and innovation. Lead intern competitive patterning project every summer to help develop their understanding of the market landscape. • Conduct weekly receipt reconciliation to report out to the team every Monday. Partner with allocation to confirm PO appointments in the Distribution Center, as well as discuss if POs need to be coded as “hot” to quickly push out to stores. Work with planning to clarify receipt shifts to identify if the business is at a sales risk and for accurate Monday Business Review rolls.
