I am currently working on my honors thesis under Dr. Cathy Stough within the Healthy Bearcat Families Lab. My project is investigating whether psychologically controlling caregiving styles and childhood trauma are associated with disordered eating in a college student population, and whether gender moderates the relation between study variables. I presented this research at a regional conference and we intend to submit for publication after my final semester. I am also coauthoring a project investigating anxiety sensitivity, fear of negative evaluation and ACEs.

I am currently coauthoring a literature review investigating the effect autonomy has on children's learning under Dr. Heidi Kloos. I presented this research virtually at an undergraduate conference and am working with a doctoral student within the lab to create a paper for publication on this topic. My role as a research lead requires me to conduct weekly meetings with my team, assign tasks, properly delegate work, meet with Dr. Kloos weekly, meet with my fellow research leads weekly, and with the entire lab weekly. I also assisted in creating the lab's application for a research grant, and presented research at Harvard’s Trends in Psychology Summit.

Provided feedback on assignments and assisted students in developing foundational knowledge regarding psychopathology.

Assisted students in developing knowledge regarding foundational research concepts through assignment feedback, grading, and individual zoom meetings. Worked with supervisor and other teaching assistants to create instructions regarding literature reviews, annotated bibliographies, and the various components of a research paper. Helped implement this research project into the course for the first time.

Created creative and innovative social media posts to support a brand, marketed brand to college students through targeting high traffic areas and reaching out to greek life.
