I benchmarked current clinical research associate (CRA) certifying agencies and training programs to guide a company decision on launching a CRA training program. I was responsible for ascertaining contact information for prospective study sites to support the clinical team and the sponsor in the clinical trial initiation activities. I compiled 140 articles, 80 scientific papers, 40 videos, and 15 clinical trial records for the creation of total cervical disc replacement and heart failure resource libraries to be referenced by the clinical team throughout the clinical trial lifecycles of various projects. At the end of the Summer Intern Program, I presented my completed project to 100 MCRA employees.
