I am a dedicated secondary science teacher experienced teaching up to 150 7th grade students per year in the general public school classroom. In addition, I am the Grade Level Chair, which allows me to manage and lead other educators towards a more complete learning environment for the students. I have worked as the Curriculum Guide Writer at my school system, which educates more than 23,000 students each year. Finally, I am an online teacher, where I can use my computer and learning-management-system skills to further the education of students across the United States.I have a recognized ability to teach a culturally diverse student population using a myriad of methods including hands-on engineering, student-discovery instruction, learning through reading, and discussions of ethics. I have the ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner.
