Lechmere Viaduct Bridge Rehabilitation - Cambridge, MAAssisted the project team in tracking and distributing RFI’s, submittals, delivery logs and other project documents, managed new employee intake process, and utilized project management software to process and approve vendor invoices, produce and track purchase orders and assign phase coding for cost control.

Worked with Professor Paul Wolff to assist in curriculum development for his graduate level course ECO692 "Sustainable Building Certification Systems". Created a case-study guide for 30 notable high performance buildings in Massachusetts that have achieved LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge and Passive House certifications.

Assisted in building organizational capacity by providing support to volunteer build team leaders and staff, contributed to an initiative called “Big Enough: Pioneering the Small Home Revolution in Western Mass”, organized events, facilitated and documented green building elements of the construction process.

Promoted sustainability in building design, construction, operation through campus-wide initiatives including conducting green building tours showcasing LEED buildings on the UMass campus. Served as a volunteer at Greenbuild Boston (2017) and Greenbuild Chicago (2018). Assisted in recruiting UMass student volunteers and fundraised for accommodations.

Managed the Hillside project's website, assisted in the creation of the rental application and associated processes, developed marketing materials to share with prospective tenants and the community, created content for Hillside's social media pages, wrote and published the monthly Hillside Newsletter via MailChimp, procured materials for project construction, performed labor on site.

Conducted new business outreach, participated in brainstorming sessions, assisted with customer relations, and completed a research project on how to best target the generation X market segment.
