A key part of my role is to sell legal packages and offer very high standards of customer service. My role requires advanced problem solving to ensure that the conveyancing process runs smoothly. This also includes accuracy and attention to detail. I regularly communicate with a range of other professionals including staff in branches, managers, solicitors and company directors by both written and verbal.I help to train new starters by showing and explaining the job role. I deal with customer complaints by liaising with the client, branch and solicitor. This is something I quite enjoy and that I find it satisfying when the issue is resolved. I have recently had a promotion which means I now help to manage a small team; I ensure each branch has the correct allocated solicitor and deal with any amendments. I also ensure that the solicitors have paid invoices correctly and organise monthly incentives to help keep the team motivated.

My key responsibility was to ensure that medical and financial companies employ appropriately qualified and experienced people. This included checking application forms and carrying out passport and address verifications to ensure they were accurate. I communicated with a wide range individuals and organisations via phone and email.
