I was in charge of the front and back of the house staff. I had to deal with the customers who were not satisfied with their service or meal. I had to count the money before and after each shift and run the reports to make sure everything adds up in the end. Had to help cook and run food if we were short staff. I also had to do inventory of the beer and liquor and order it to make sure we were up to par.
