- Regional Property Manager with a current portfolio consitsting of 1800 leasehold properties across 8 developments. - Successfully managing a team of Building Managers who are responsible for the day to day operations of 4 large & complex developments.- In depth knowledge of leases, fire safety legislation, service charge budgets and accounts. Responsible for the financial reporting for each development.- Dealing with all general maintenance needs of each development, completing S20 projects to improve the aesthetic of the buildings, as well acting as the Responsible Person ensuring that all HSFRA and asset compliance actions are completed. - Specialising in providing excellent customer service and building a strong rapport with all personnel - landlords, residents, clients and contractors.- Leading quarterly meetings with key stakeholders.- Responding promptly and answering daily queries.- Conducting site visits and inspections.- Completed IOSH Assesment.- ATPI qualified.- Appointed Regional Manager, when required, reporting to Head of Operations.
