I currently serve as a program manager at The Mill in Bloomington, IN where I split my time between two projects. Half my time is spent working directly with the SVP of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships to expand The Mill's new 22,000-square-foot Tech Center, including finding tenants, catering to their needs, and encouraging the Trades District community. The other half of my time is spent working as the Monroe County Coordinator for Code/IT Academy, a program dedicated to assisting the underemployed and unemployed to gain new skills to have successful jobs in the technology field. With that, I am also an Orr Fellow, a 2-year fellowship that connects Indiana college graduates with Indianapolis companies. Fellows must pass a competitive process that includes interviews, personal statements, and a series of interviews.
