I am currently studying to earn a Ph.D. in Psychology and Neuroscience at Temple University. My goal is to work as an organizational psychology consultant helping companies promote innovation through diversity of thought with special emphasis on finding ways to increase employment and leadership opportunities for neurodiverse workers.Before my time at Temple, I spent over a decade as a regulatory compliance attorney for the financial services industry and proudly served as General Counsel for a large national corporation. During my time in-house, I led various DEI initiatives and worked closely with other executives to promote a supportive, psychologically safe work culture. I am admitted to the Bar in Florida and the District of Columbia but I've placed my licenses in inactive status to focus on my graduate program.I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law, where I focused on human rights and international law.
