I have just graduated as an Economics and Management student at University of Kent - a degree that helped me to learn theories & hypotheses of my current job. I completed a placement year as part of my Year in Industry programme. I completed the Retail Management Placement at Aldi UK, where I am was working on a project to improve the Region's Inventory performance. Alongside my degree, I simultaneously spent 4 years perfecting my approach to customer service and people management through my role as a Shift Manager at McDonald's. I have now progressed onto my new role as an Area Manager at Aldi UK. I have also travelled extensively to different countries, including India on a cultural exchange programme and Morocco for a 10 day hiking expedition through the Atlas Mountains. This experience has helped me gain numerous life skills, such as perseverance, as well as transferable skills to who I am today.I’d love to connect with further people from my degree and my industry.
