My role as Retail Store Manager means I am responsible for delivering the numbers and developing colleagues to become the best they can.When a customer enters the store, they will get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they’re welcomed, valued and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting my team, by being an exceptional leader of people and having great coaching skills. Coming from having a sales background previously I am able to grow the stores track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. I am numbers focused and will be able to drive sales through people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.

Being apart of a Vodafone Franchise on The Shambles Worcester. My role is to support the Senior Store Manager in managing a team of fantastic Retail Advisors. Within the role I ensure to do all I can to help the advisors achieve their potential.Helping with back office tasks such as holidays and rotas. Setting the sales floor ablaze with enthusiasm to lead by example to help produce numbers!I am always level headed, with a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role with an forever changing retail environment but also very rewarding to be helping customers everyday. As an Assistant Manager my role is to be motivated and sales-oriented to join and help the growing team in our Vodafone Worcester. In this role I supported the Store Manager in managing a team and get there full potential. I also helped support the store manager by helping with back-office tasks such as holidays and rotas. Ensure I was always levelheaded, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive. It can be a demanding role and I ensured I was always commiting in providing success for the store.

Based at the Hereford Vodafone store as a Franchise. I am there to fulfil business and personal communication needs. Expert knowledge and exceptional customer service in all areas of communications from mobile and tablet to fixed broadband.Managing a Partner Agent branch, I am coaching a team of 10+ enabling them to achieve a set revenue target per day to ensure we gain a profit and succeed as a business.Day to day I am coaching and training a large team to ensure we have phenomenal expertise when it comes to retail within the telecommunication industry.Along with running a retail branch we have to ensure compliance, I am in charge of ensuring everything that goes through the till is complaint and regular checks are made to ensure audits are 100%.

Whilst the Uk were in a lockdown I was given the responsibility to train and develop retail colleagues into a web chat agents. This allowed us to support a demanding telecommunications industry during Covid 19 as customer could not shop direct in retail.The retail colleagues had to be trained and coached on new systems that they were unfamiliar with.Once coached they were then monitored on communication within a web chat environment and how to effectively help the customer without being in front of them. I would then review performance each week to see the quantity of chats and where the performance measured up. I would then do 1 to 1 reviews with the colleagues to find strengths and weaknesses to develop on by connecting to the chat whilst they are communicating with a customer to ensure we are offering a 5* service.
