As a Technical Sourcer and a Recruiting Assistant at Odyssey Information Services, I use my creative skills and education to find and attract Information Technology talent. In my role as a Technical Sourcer, I leverage a variety of sourcing tools and strategies, such as Boolean search, Linkedin, email campaigns, ATS, social media sites, and X-Ray search, to identify and reach out to passive candidates. I also screen and vet them using relevant criteria and questions. In my role as a Recruiting Assistant, I support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and providing feedback. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am motivated by the opportunity to connect people with their ideal IT roles. I believe that I can bring a fresh and innovative perspective to the sourcing and recruiting field, as well as a passion for learning and growing.
