Growing up, one of my favorite moments as an undergraduate is finally being able to put a name to what I’ve always desired in my heart. Throughout my life, I’ve developed the art of being able to communicate with anyone at different times. From being on the debate team in secondary school, being in the press club and serving as the press secretary, writing and broadcasting news at the assembly ground, to internally writing for Atlantic 104.5 FM Uyo, to being an active writer at the Gospel Publishing Team in the University of Uyo campus fellowship.I landed a golden time of being the Human Resource Manager at Made for Radio, worked as an intern as a communication analyst at Petro, and volunteered in different careers and organizations that helped me utilize these skills in different ways. I’ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader, business, and organization.I’ve developed a passion for not only being the voice of those who cannot communicate for themselves, but also teaching and helping people to communicate effectively and being emphatic to understand others' points of view.In recruiting, I am able to do this by helping people acknowledge the potential within themselves and be able to communicate that effectively to hiring managers.Understanding the most important asset of any organization: the people. Knowing how best to relate to them, harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity.
