In this role, I strove to provide excelent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. I also learned to how to manage a high paced enviornment, multitaksing efficently to ensure all cutomer needs were met.

In this role I personally planned and managed different community events and coordinated many different aspects to ensure they ran smoothly. During my time with the team I planned and executed more events than any other summer. I was also able to cultivate and develop relationships with existing community connections, identify new partners, and found new opportunites to raise awarness for the team.

In this role, I helped grow the account by 100 followers in the month of January to hit the goal of 1k, used Canva and Photoshop to create posts for the account that are cohesive with the brand and learned how to manage and grow a professional social media account. This role also helped me to solidify my aspirations of working in sports by helping me grow a network of like-minded women, building each other up and helping when necessary.
